We recommend one-on-one coaching to anyone who has limited experience with weight training or macros.

We also recommend one-on-one coaching if you have past injuries, health issues, or very specific fitness goals.

Nutritional Education

Our one-on-one coaching package will provide with you with the tools and support to learn about fueling your body properly to meet your fitness goals.

We tailor your plan to your activity and lifestyle and provide council on how to make small, lasting changes to your eating that will arm you with the knowledge you need to understand your body's nutritional needs.

Personalized Training

Your training will be built for your body, your needs, and your goals. AI has nothing on a real coach who knows you and understands your body.

Your coach will listen to your needs and create a plan that works with your lifestyle and time constraints as well as your fitness level.

Training will be scheduled on your calendar in our fitness app, with progressive overload built into your plan.

Check-ins and Communication

One-on-one clients have a personalized check-in day that involves sharing their triumphs and struggles, questions, and biometrics. Check-in forms are tailored to the clients goals and each week you will recieve careful advice, homework, and solutions for roadblocks.

Additionally, one-on-one clients can recieve personalized training feedback via video, text, and voice messaging with their coach anytime (allow up to 24 hours).

Having a coach in your corner is like having someone who can turn on the lights in a dark room and help you see what you were missing. When you sign up for one-on-one coaching you have a weekly scheduled check-in day along with daily access to your coach via text, video, and voice messaging as well as phone/video calls periodically as needed. Your training will be personalized and scheduled and your coach will be there for you throughout the wins and struggles of your fitness journey.
