Also, remember we have additional resources in our community on the website www.balancedbodycollective.com and the Facebook group is available for you to ask questions and there are a lot of posts there pertaining to tips for meal planning, pep talks etc.
We can have the perfect macros, the best training plan, and all the time in the world, but if we cannot get our brains on board, we will fail. The great news is, if you learn a little bit about how the brains adapts to our behaviors, you can turn your habits into your ally. You can hack your brain to work for you and make fitness and nutrition easier. It is all about the science of habits. Do not underestimate how smart your brain is--make it work for you!
The seasons of fitness. Did you know for everything there is a season? We are not meant to be living in deprivation and deficit, we are meant to be thriving and growing in maintenance and beyond. Learn to stop living for fat loss and instead embrace the seasons of becoming fit.
This module is about learning to use the data and your patterns to lovingly practice self-care and learn to make adjustments based of your own observations and inquiry into the patterns we so often respond to with judgment and self-deprecation.
