Welcome to the Balanced Body Collective

We are so glad to have you here! Our goal is to build a community for women who are actively taking back their power over their nutrition and fitness. This introductory module will explain our vision for how to use the lessons and resources in in this course.

We can have the perfect macros, the best training plan, and all the time in the world, but if we cannot get our brains on board, we will fail. The great news is, if you learn a little bit about how the brains adapts to our behaviors, you can turn your habits into your ally. You can hack your brain to work for you and make fitness and nutrition easier. It is all about the science of habits. Do not underestimate how smart your brain is--make it work for you!

Maintenance - Your BIGGEST Flex!

Let's face it: diets work while you are working them, the failure of diets is the failing to plan for what comes afterwards. Most people can lose a little weight, the problem is statistically a year later they will be the same weight they started at or more. This is because very few people are talking about how to live in maintenance. In this module you will learn how to plan for maintence, recognize the pitfalls, and figure out how it may look for you.
